I am a co-author of research projects dedicated to future skills and human-centricity in Education (“Future Skills for the 2020s: a New Hope” (2020), «Skills of the future. How to thrive in the complex new world» (2017), “Mass uniqueness: a global challenge for one billion workers” (2019)). Leading manager of innovative educational projects, facilitator, program director. Strong believer in lifelong learning with 3 graduate degrees in management and human development.

Since 2017 to 2022 I was the Head of the Skills Development Working Group within BRICS Business Council and a member of this group of leaders in the field of education since 2014. Board Member of Global Education Futures. Learning and development consultant, specializing in creating educational programs and partnerships for a change management purposes (systems methodology).
